On Monday, a Memorandum of Understanding for political consultation was signed between Yemen and Kenya in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi.
The memorandum, signed on behalf of Yemen by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, Dr. Mansour Ali Bajash, and on behalf of Kenya by the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abraham Korir Sing’oei, aims to enhance cooperation and consultation between the two countries on bilateral, regional, and international issues of mutual interest, and to exchange views on various developments in the regional and international arenas.
The Memorandum of Understanding also aims to exchange ideas and visions on various issues, build bridges of communication and understanding between the two countries, enhance cooperation in areas of mutual interest, and strengthen collaboration between the two countries within the framework of regional organizations, as well as cooperation in international forums.
