On Wednesday, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Affairs, Dr. Shaya’ Al-Zindani, met with Rosa Maria Gili, Deputy Head of the Middle East and North Africa Department in the European Union External Action Service, along with her accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, they discussed the cooperative relations between Yemen and the European Union, ways to enhance and develop them to serve common interests and aspirations, and the EU’s humanitarian and developmental interventions aimed at alleviating the effects of the humanitarian crisis and supporting the government’s efforts to normalize the situation and improve services.
The two sides also exchanged views on the developments in Yemen and the region, and the efforts made to de-escalate and achieve peace in Yemen.
