Major General Aidaroos Al-Zubaidi, member of the Presidential Leadership Council, discussed on Thursday with the Ambassador of the sisterly United Arab Emirates to Yemen, Mohammed Hamad Al Zaabi, the well-established fraternal relations between the two countries and ways to strengthen and develop them to serve the interests of the two brotherly peoples and countries.
The meeting also reviewed the humanitarian and development projects implemented in the liberated governorates with the support of the United Arab Emirates in the sectors of energy, infrastructure, security services, and other vital sectors.
Major General Al-Zubaidi praised the unlimited support provided by the United Arab Emirates to the government and the Presidential Leadership Council, and its firm fraternal stances alongside the Yemeni people in the past and present, stressing that these stances will remain present in the conscience of our people for generations to come.
For his part, Ambassador Al Zaabi reiterated his country’s firm stance in supporting Yemen and its support for the efforts made by the Presidential Leadership Council to overcome the humanitarian conditions caused by the war, and the efforts made to normalize life and restore security and stability to all liberated governorates.
