On Saturday, Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak made a visit to the home of the advisor to the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council for Defense and Security Affairs, Lieutenant General Mahmoud Al-Subaihi, in Ras Al-Ara, Lahj Governorate.
The Prime Minister discussed with Lieutenant General Al-Subaihi several national issues, foremost among them the fateful and existential battle against the Houthi terrorist militia to complete the restoration of the state and end the coup.
The meeting, attended by the Governor of Lahj, Major General Ahmed Abdullah Turki, also covered the conditions of citizens in the governorate, the integrated efforts to enhance security, stability, improve basic services, and elevate educational, health, electricity, and other sectors, as well as the official and popular support for the local authority leadership to perform its duties.
The Prime Minister praised the national and struggling role of Lieutenant General Al-Subaihi, representing an icon of courage, dedication, and a symbol of resilience in defending Yemen and its people against the Houthi terrorist militia and its dynastic, priestly project. He emphasized the importance of working in this exceptional phase of Yemeni history to align the ranks of all the righteous to end the Houthi coup, restore the Yemeni state, and support the state with all its institutions to carry out its duties and obligations towards the citizens.
In turn, Lieutenant General Al-Subaihi expressed his appreciation for the visit of the Prime Minister and the efforts made by the government to improve government performance despite the difficult circumstances.
