Dr. Mansour Bajash, Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs, discussed on Thursday in the Cameroonian capital, Yaoundé, with the Kyrgyz Deputy Foreign Minister, Aybek Moldojaziev, ways to strengthen and develop bilateral relations between the two countries.
During the meeting, which took place on the sidelines of their participation in the fiftieth session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, they discussed developments in the situation in Yemen and the region, and the coordination of positions on issues of common concern, especially in international organizations.
The Deputy Foreign Minister affirmed the government’s keenness to develop relations with Kyrgyzstan in various fields. He also highlighted the importance of enhancing communication and coordination between the two countries to explore possible cooperation opportunities in the coming stage.
For his part, the Kyrgyz Deputy Foreign Minister reiterated his country’s support for Yemen, expressing his aspiration for the return of peace, security, and stability to Yemen.
