The Minister of Endowments and Guidance, Dr. Mohammed Shabiba, announced that all Yemeni pilgrims, numbering 24255, have completed performing the Hajj rituals for this year 1445 AH.
In a press statement, Minister Shabiba expressed his gratitude to the political leadership, represented by His Excellency Dr. Rashad Mohammed al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, and members of the council, for their continuous follow-up on the affairs of Yemeni pilgrims. He pointed out that this success is due to the meticulous efforts and arrangements made by the mission, its committees, and Hajj agencies, from the beginning of registration for Hajj until the completion of its rituals, in order to overcome difficulties faced by Yemeni pilgrims and facilitate the performance of Hajj rituals for them.
The Minister of Endowments explained that the preparations for this year’s Hajj were made with the highest level of readiness, to ensure the provision of the best services to Yemeni pilgrims, and to achieve the best ways for their comfort and safety, in terms of transportation, accommodation, or health and logistical services. He also praised the role of the brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for all the facilities provided to Yemeni pilgrims and the efforts and arrangements they have made to serve the guests of Rahman.
The Minister praised the commitment of Yemeni pilgrims to the regulations, instructions, and guidelines related to Hajj. He stressed that the Ministry will take strict legal and punitive measures against anyone who abuses their authority or fails to fulfill their responsibilities and duties towards any pilgrim.
