On Tuesday, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Dr. Shaya’ Al-Zindani, received at the ministry’s headquarters in the interim capital Aden, a copy of the credentials of the non-resident Ambassador of the Republic of Romania to Yemen, George Cristian Maior.

The Foreign Minister welcomed the Romanian Ambassador, wishing him success in his duties and affirming the ministry’s readiness to provide all facilitations and support to ensure the success of his mission and to enhance bilateral relations between the two friendly countries.

For his part, the Romanian Ambassador confirmed his country’s supportive stance towards the Yemeni government, expressing his aspiration to work towards strengthening relations between the two countries, and wishing for peace, security, and stability to return to Yemen.
